The Chicago Blackhawks posted one of the greatest
comebacks in NHL history as they rallied from five goals down to
claim a 6-5 overtime win against the Calgary Flames at the United Center.
YACHTING
British Olympic medallist Chris Draper and his team
were celebrating victory on Monday after winning the iShares Cup. The
top three teams were separated by just one point going into the final
fight for the overall title of the 2009 pan-European series in the
Andalucian port of Almeria, Spain. Forty world-class sailors aboard
10 Extreme 40 catamarans took part in three days of racing, including
a double-points event final on Monday. Draper, who won an Olympic
bronze in Athens 2004, and his new Olympic 49er team-mate Peter
Greenhalgh turned rivals for the event with Draper helming Masirah
and Greenhalgh crewing Oman Sail stablemate Renaissance. |
