SWIMMING
A classmate of diving world champion Tom Daley is
hoping to make her mark for Great Britain after switching from Kenyan
nationality and securing victory in the 50metres breaststroke at the
British Gas Swimming Championships in Sheffield. Achieng
Ajulu-Bushell last represented Kenya at last summer's
World Championships in Rome after which she decided to switch
nationality, requiring a year's eligibility period before she could
swim in British colours. |
