MOTOR RACING
Chevrolet enjoyed another successful day of racing at
the World Touring Car Championship, but they did not have it all
their own way in Zolder thanks to Gabriele Tarquini's SEAT. Just as
they did in the opening round in Curitiba last month, it looked like
Chevrolet would dominate on the Belgian circuit when Rob Huff led
home a one-two-three in race one. The Briton led from start to finish
to take the chequered flag ahead of team-mates Alain Menu and Yvan
Muller. Tarquini finished fourth in that race, but then turned the
tables in the second to hold off the challenge of the Chevrolets and
claim the first win of the season for SEAT. |
