BASKETBALL
Luol Deng reminded Great Britain what they were missing last summer as he scored 32 points to lead them to a 91-82 victory in their opening European Championship qualifier in Hungary. Deng, who missed the EuroBasket last year through injury, struggled with his shooting at times, making only three of 10 from two-point range, but the tenacious guard found other ways to win as he nailed five three-pointers and drew plenty of fouls.
